RETURNS POLICY:

In store: For products purchased via stockists, please contact that stockist directly for their return policy regarding your purchase.

Online with Cheeky Chompers: For products purchased online at cheekychompers.com.au

Risk Free Trial – First Time Customers Only.

Please contact Cheeky Chompers  to discuss any issues you have had with the product.  We will happily give you your money back.  Traceable return postage is at your own expense and a full refund excluding postage will be given.  Please provide us with the return tracking number as we cannot be responsible for any items that go missing.

Sale items or items indicated as seconds are not included.

Your refund will be processed in 7 business days.

Exchanges

As per general retail store policy in Australia, you must contact us within 30 days of your order being dispatched.

Cheeky Chompers will pay to post you another item, but are not liable for the customer’s expense to send the original item back.  Please use a traceable service as we are not liable for missing items.

Coupon Codes

All promotional Coupon Codes exclude the use on Sale items.  Only 1 coupon code can be applied at once.

Faulty Items

Cheeky Chompers prides itself in its quality.   If for any reason you find a fault with one of our products we would like to help you resolve the problem within 60 days of purchase.  This excludes items on clearance or indicated as not perfect.

We require a photo of the faulty item.  Please notify us to request a replacement.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact admin@littlemochi.com.au to notify us of the incorrect order. You have 15 days post purchase date to advise us that you have received an incorrect item.
